
Trawingg – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Flight Cancellation Policy
• All flight bookings made on Trawingg are subject to cancellation charges imposed by the
respective airlines, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable as per the airline’s specific policy.
• Partial cancellations may not be permitted in some cases, depending on the airline’s
terms.
• Trawingg assists customers with booking amendments. However, in some situations, you
may need to contact the airline directly.
• Amendment charges on Trawingg are governed by the respective airline’s policy, which
may vary based on flight timings and booking class.
• For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, customers are
advised to contact the airline directly and then send the cancellation request to us via
email for refund processing.
• In case of direct cancellations with the airline, refunds will be processed according to the
airline’s charges, along with a 1% service fee on the refunded amount as levied by
Trawingg.
• No refund requests will be entertained after flight departure or in case of a No-Show.
• For No-Show cases, the refund amount is entirely at the discretion of the airline.
Trawingg has no influence over this amount. Customers will only receive the refund
amount that Trawingg receives from the airline.
Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy
• All hotel bookings made on Trawingg are subject to cancellation charges imposed by the
respective hotels, which may vary depending on the property and room type.
• Trawingg charges a 1% service fee per room (on the refunded amount) for both
domestic and international hotel booking cancellations.
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable as per the hotel’s specific policy.
• Trawingg assists customers with booking amendments. However, in some cases, you may
need to contact the hotel directly.
• For cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date, customers are advised to
contact the hotel directly and then send the cancellation request to us via email for refund
processing.
Refund Policy• Refunds will be processed only after Trawingg receives a valid cancellation request or
claim from the customer, travel agent, or corporate client via email.
• Refunds for cancelled flight tickets and hotel bookings will be credited to the customer’s
original mode of payment, only after Trawingg has received the refund amount from the
respective airline or hotel.
• Trawingg will initiate the refund within 72 hours of receiving the amount from the
concerned airline, hotel, transporter, or other supplier.
• Due to banking procedures, refunds may take up to 72 hours to reflect in credit card
accounts, while refunds through net banking may take up to 7 working days.
