Welcome to Trawingg. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and mobile application operated by AKMSP Enterprises (OPC) Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
- Services Offered
Trawingg provides an online platform that enables users to search and book:
- Domestic and international flight tickets
- Domestic and international Hotel accommodations
- Domestic Bus tickets
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, bus operators and other relevant service providers.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and updated personal and payment information (During Payment only).
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not make speculative, false, fraudulent or unauthorised bookings.
- Review all booking details, fare rules, cancellation policies and applicable charges before confirming a booking.
3. Booking and Payments
- Prices displayed on Trawingg are dynamic and may change based on availability, demand, supplier pricing, taxes, fees and other applicable factors until a booking is confirmed.
- You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable fare rules, cancellation policies, modification conditions and other terms before completing a booking.
- Payments must be made using valid and authorised payment methods.
- Trawingg does not store sensitive card information except as may be permitted or required by applicable law and authorised payment-processing arrangements.
4. Cancellation, Refund & Modifications
- Cancellation and refund policies depend on the respective service provider and the terms applicable to the booking.
- Trawingg will process eligible refunds based on the applicable provider policies, payment-processing procedures and timelines.
- For any flight cancellation requested by the customer, in addition to the applicable airline cancellation charges displayed at the payment page, Trawingg will charge an additional service fee of Rs 100 for domestic flights and Rs 150 for international flights.
- For any hotel or bus cancellation requested by the customer, in addition to the applicable hotel property or bus transport provider charges displayed at the payment page, Trawingg will charge an additional service fee of Rs 50.
- The applicable cancellation charges and service fees may be deducted from the amount otherwise refundable to the customer, where permitted.
- Modification requests are subject to the applicable provider's rules, availability and charges.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 8 business days from the cancellation date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, branding and other materials available on the Trawingg platform are owned by Trawingg or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or otherwise use such material without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Trawingg operates as an online travel booking platform/aggregator and does not control or operate airlines, hotels, bus services or other third-party service providers.
- Trawingg is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, service interruptions or other acts or omissions of third-party service providers, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience. Trawingg does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, misused the platform or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm Trawingg, other users or third parties.
- Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice or follow applicable procedural requirements.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Trawingg shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location designated by the Company, subject to applicable law.
10. General Provisions
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
- Trawingg may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available through the Trawingg website or application, and the revised Terms will apply as permitted by applicable law.
These Terms should be read together with any applicable booking-specific terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy and other policies displayed on Trawingg.
